In Los Pimas we care about the security

All the information you enter is

guarantees a 100% secure transaction. This system encrypts the data provided
and prevents unauthorized use.

It's very easy! Just follow these instructions:

1. Browse through the categories and
click on the product you want to buy.

2.Click on the "Add" button to
add the product to your shopping cart (make sure you have chosen size and
color, otherwise you will not be able to add it).

3.Your product has been added. If you
want to add more products, you can continue browsing and repeat the process.
When you are done, access your cart by clicking on the button on the top right
margin of the site (cart icon).

4.You will access the summary of your
purchase where you will see: product, quantity, size, color and price. In case
you have a discount code (it is not mandatory), enter it in the corresponding
box and click on "Apply". Then, verify that the order is correct and
click on the indicated button to proceed with the payment.

5.Follow the instructions by filling in
the fields listed, prior to payment: Billing details, shipping address and
shipping method).

6.Before confirming the order, select the
payment method and enter your credit card information or Paypal.

We will keep you updated on the status of
your order by email.

To apply a discount coupon first you have
to choose the products you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart.

The discount code must be entered in the
corresponding section of the shopping cart by clicking on "Apply".

Important: You can only apply one
promotion code per order.

To remove an item from the shopping cart simply click on the cross that indicates "remove o the sign -" the product.

For online purchases we have all major credit cards and Paypal.

After the payment is made, a purchase confirmation email will be sent to the indicated email with an order number from which you can make any management or claim.

If you made the purchase but you did not receive the email, please contact us at contacto@lospimas.com

If your payment method was rejected, it may have been unsuccessful due to incorrect information, card expiration or insufficient funds.

You can choose a new payment method and contact your bank or credit card company. If you continue to have difficulty
placing your order. For further assistance, please contact us at contacto@lospimas.com.

To cancel your purchase you must contact us at

contacto@lospimas.com indicating your order number.

No, you can buy as many items as you want. The only purchase limit we have is the stock of our e-Shop.

Yes, you have to send us an email to contacto@lospimas.com
clarifying the order number and the necessary data to make the invoice.

SHIPPING AND IN-STORE PICKUP

We made the shipping with local SERPOST.

We deliver to SERPOST and they arrive
between 10 and 25 working days after the purchase is made.

*During special events, such as Cyber Monday
and Hot Sale, shipping times may be affected, for reasons beyond our company's
control.

In all cases, you will
receive a confirmation email and a tracking code from SERPOST.

Add items to your cart, select your
country and automatically you will see the price

You will receive by e-mail the tracking code (or routing number) of the mail that will allow you to know the exact position of the package (this information is provided by SERPOST).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You can make an exchange within 30 days from the date your order arrives. To do so, you can do it  by writing to contacto@lospimas.com
. Mask is non-exchangeable.

 For each exchange or regret of purchase, we will ask you to send us a photo of the garment/s to verify its condition, and once we receive the product and certify its condition, we will proceed with the exchange.

You can check the sizes and measurements by clicking on the "Size Guide" button inside each product you wish to buy.
